Install the sling assembly on the flap at the access panels 8204 or 8704 to hold the weight of the flap.

Disconnect the ballscrews from the flap (Fig. 403):

Install the flap drive screw support assembly.
NOTE: Make sure the ballscrew nut stays in the same position.
