Install the washers and nuts hand tight.

Tighten the inboard and the outboard bolts to 360-420 pound-inches.
(h)
Tighten the bolt at the center position until the outer ring of the torque indicating washer does not turn: 1) The maximum torque on the bolt is 1300 pound-inches. 2) If the torque indicating washer can turn, the bolt holes
are not aligned.
(i)
Install the lockwire on the bolts.

Install the inboard flap inboard track (Fig. 402):
(a)
Attach the flap track to the landing gear beam. 1) Apply a layer of the corrosion preventive compound on the
large diameter bolt. 2) Apply a layer of the sealant on the small diameter bolt. 3) Align the flap track with the landing gear beam. 4) Install the bolts with the heads inboard. 5) Install the washers and nuts.
