Lubricate the grease fitting adjacent to the fuse bolt with BMS 3-33 grease.

Install the transmission and the ball screw (AMM 27-51-33/401).
(3)
Install the foreflap carriage and toggle (AMM 27-51-24/401).
(4)
Install the inboard flap (AMM 27-51-01/401).

INBOARD FLAP INBOARD TRACK - INSPECTION/CHECK

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains one task: an inspection of the inboard flap inboard track. To do the check you measure the fuse bolt, bushings and the bearing which attach the forward end of the flap track.
B. The inspection is usually done before a flap track is installed. The flap track must be removed to do the check.

Remove the inboard flap inboard track (Ref 27-51-22/401).

Examine the fuse bolt, bushings, and the bearings for the inboard flap inboard track for worn areas:
(a)
Remove the parts to be examined.
(b)
Measure the parts.
NOTE: Use a micrometer or a vernier caliper.

(c)
Compare the dimensions you measured, with the permitted dimensions shown in Fig. 601.
(d)
Repair or replace the parts which are not in the tolerance.
(e)
Install the parts.

Install the inboard flap inboard track (Ref 27-51-22/401).
