Install the aft roller support:
(a)
Apply a layer of the sealant to the surfaces of the support, the shims, and the flap track.
(b)
Install the aft roller support on the inboard track:
1) Attach the aft roller support with eight bolts (38, 39, 40, and 41), washers (45), and nuts (44). Make sure the shims (42) and washers (47) are in the correct position.
(c)
Install the aft roller support on the outboard track:
1) Attach the aft roller support with eight bolts (38, 39, 40 and 41), radius fillers (43 and 46), washers (45), and nuts (44). Make sure the shims (42) and the washers (47) are in the correct position.
(d)
Tighten the nuts (44) to 130-180 pound-inches (15-20 N-m).
(e)
Install the cotter pins in the nuts.

Do a Check of the Operation of the Flaps

(1) Do this task to pressurize hydraulic system No. 4: "Hydraulic System Pressurization" (AMM 29-11-00/201).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE AND TE
_______ FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
(2)
Extend and retract the flaps.
(a)
Make sure the flaps move smoothly when the aft roller support engages the geneva cam.
