WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE AND TE
_______ FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER.
(2) Put the flap control lever in a position to extend the outboard flaps.
NOTE: Extend the flaps sufficiently to move the fairing for access
____ to the support but not until the geneva cam assembly blocks access.

Do this task to depressurize hydraulic system No.4: "Hydraulic System Depressurization" (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Remove the aft roller support (Fig. 401):
(a)
Remove the bolts (38, 39, 40, and 41), washers (45), radius fillers (43 and 46), and nuts (44) that attach the aft roller support to the flap track (Detail D).
(b)
Remove the aft roller support, the shims (42), and the washers (47).
(c)
Disassemble the aft roller support if it is necessary (Section I-I): 1) Disassemble the aft roller support on the inboard tracks:
a) Remove the nut (74), washer (75), and washer (76) that
attach the roller (73) to the shaft (77). b) Remove the roller. c) Remove the nut (80), washer (78), and washer (79) that
attach the shaft to the support (36).
