INBOARD FLAP OUTBOARD TRACK - INSPECTION/CHECK

1. General_______
A. To do the check of the inboard flap outboard track, measure the fuse bolt, bushings and the bearing which attach the forward end of the flap track.
B. This inspection/check is usually done when the flap track is replaced. The flap track must be removed to do the check.

Remove the inboard flap outboard track (Ref 27-51-25/401).

Examine the inboard flap outboard track fuse bolt and related parts for worn areas.
(a)
Remove the parts to be examined.
(b)
Use a micrometer and/or a vernier caliper to measure the parts.
(c)
Compare the measured dimensions to tolerances shown in Fig. 601.
(d)
Repair or replace parts which are not in the tolerance, as shown in Fig. 601.
(e)
Install the parts.
(3)
Install the inboard flap outboard track (Ref 27-51-25/401).
