 B. Engaged Pitch Mode
 (1)  
The engaged autopilot pitch mode is indicated by one of the
 following messages.
 TO/GA
 ALT
 V/S
 VNAV
 FLCH SPD
 G/S
 FLARE
 VNAV PTH
 VNAV SPD
 VNAV ALT
 (2)  
A change in the engaged mode is annunciated by a green colored box displayed around the message for ten seconds.
 (3)  
An invalid FCC/FMC pitch mode is indicated by a blank message field.
 (4)  
An FCC/FMC engaged pitch mode fault is indicated by a yellow colored horizontal line displayed through the center of the message.
 C. Engaged Roll Mode
 (1)  
The engaged autopilot roll mode is indicated by one of the
 following messages.
 HDG HOLD
 HDG SEL
 LNAV
 LOC
 B/CRS
 ROLLOUT
 ATT
 TO/GA
 (2)  
A change of the engaged mode is annunciated by a green colored box displayed around the message for ten seconds.
