E. Takeoff Warning Test

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE LE
_______ AND TE FLAPS AND FLAP DRIVE MECHANISMS BEFORE YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. WITH HYDRAULIC POWER REMOVED, THE FLAPS WILL MOVE AUTOMATICALLY BY ELECTRICAL POWER WHEN YOU MOVE THE FLAP CONTROL LEVER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Make sure the airplane is in the takeoff configuration as follows:
(a)
Set the flaps up.
(b)
Stab trim in range.
(c)
Body gear steering locked.
(d)
Speed brake handle in down detent.
(e)
Parking brake not set.

All greenband lights come on.

Master warning lights come on.
(c)
The EICAS message, CONFIG PARK BRAKE, shows.
(d)
Aural siren is heard.
F. Fire Warning Test
S 745-020
(1) Push the Fire Test switch on the P5 panel.
NOTE: This test will operate the fire bell via the MAWEA
____ master monitor A and B cards on the left and right aural synthesizer cards. The Capt's and F/O's Aural Warning Speakers and the Master Warning Caution lights are also operated.
(a)
Make sure the fire bell comes on.
(b)
Make sure the Master Warning lights come on.

G. BITE Test
NOTE: You will hear a noise from the stick shaker when you start the

Open and close these circuit breakers to initiate the MAWEA BITE test.
(a) P7 Overhead Circuit Breaker Panel
1) 7A01 MAWEA PWR A
2) 7B01 MAWEA PWR B

Permit 30 seconds for the BITE test.
(3)
Make sure you hear a sound from the aural warning speakers.
