(6) Do a test of the BARO option:
(a)
Push the number 2 and the number 5 on the CDU numeric key pad, then push the LSK adjacent to BARO SET. 1) Make sure the CDU and the PFD show a value of 25.00 IN for
the barometric reference.
(b)
Push the number 9, the number 8, and the number 4 on the CDU numeric key pad, then push the LSK adjacent to BARO SET. 1) Make sure the CDU and the PFD show a value of 984 hPa for
the barometric reference.
(c)
Push the S on the CDU alpha key pad, then push the LSK adjacent to BARO SET. 1) Make sure the PFD show STD hPa for the barometric
reference.
(d)
Push the I on the CDU alpha key pad, then push the LSK adjacent to BARO SET. 1) Make sure the PFD show STD for the barometric reference.
(e)
Push the number 2 and the number 5 on the CDU numeric key pad, then push the LSK adjacent to BARO SET. 1) Make sure the CDU and the PFD show a value of 25.00 IN for

(7) Do a test of the DH option:
(a)
Push the numeric key on the CDU to key in 204, then push the LSK adjacent to <DH SET. 1) Make sure the CDU and the PFD show a value of 204 for the
DH.
(b)
Push the numeric key on the CDU to key in 0, then push the LSK adjacent to <DH SET. 1) Make sure the CDU and the PFD show a value of 0 for the DH.
(c)
Push and hold the TEST button on the radio altimeter R/T, which is found in the E9 rack on the center equipment bay. 1) Make sure that the PFD shows an altitude of approximately
40 feet.
(d)
Push the numeric key on the CDU to key in 40, then push the LSK adjacent to <DH SET. 1) Make sure that the white DH annunciator on the PFD becomes
amber and that it flashes momentarily.
(e)
Push the LSK adjacent to <DH RESET.
1) Make sure that the amber DH annunciator shows 40.
(f)
Release the TEST button on the radio altimeter R/T.
