Push the <GROUND TESTS LSK to show the GROUND TESTS menu.

Push the NEXT PAGE key, if it is necessary, until you find the <31 INDICATING/WARNING prompt.

Push the <31 INDICATING/WARNING LSK to show the GROUND TESTS menu.
(k)
Push the <IDS LSK to start the test. 1) Make sure you hear the aural warning sound. 2) Make sure the IN PROGRESS indication is shown above the IDS
prompt on the CDU. 3) Make sure the six IDUs show the test screen (Fig. 201).

Look at the test screen and make sure the LRUs that were loaded contain the correct software part number.
NOTE: The EIU software part numbers will appear in these

locations:
-L EIU on the captain's ND and PFD
-C EIU on the upper and lower EICAS
-R EIU on the first officer's ND and PFD.
