Examine the OGV's inner shroud for damage as follows:
(a)
Cracks in the OGV's inner shroud are not serviceable.
(b)
The cracks, cuts or tears in the seal at the mating face with the OGV are not serviceable. 1) A maximum service extension of 5 cycles is permitted if you
find damage.
(c)
There is no maximum limit if the local seal tear is on the outside of the OGV seating surfaces.
(d)
There is no maximum limit if the seal cut is on the outside of the OGV seating surfaces.
(3)
Do the procedure to put the airplane back to its usual condition.

If not already done, do the procedure to prepare for the inspection.

(2)
Examine the fan duct panels through the fan frame struts for damage as follows:
(a)
Louvers that are gone 1) One louver that is gone for each fan duct panel is permitted if no more than 4 panels have this damage.
2) If the damage is more than the above limit, you must replace the fan duct panel (AMM 72-33-03/401).
(b)
Nicks, dents, or scratches
1) All nicks, dents, and scratches are permitted without limit.
(c)
Bolts that are loose 1) It is not permitted to have bolts that are loose.
a) Make sure the washer is in place and tighten the bolts to 85-95 pound-inches (9.5-11 Newton meters).
(d)
Cracks in the area adjacent to the screw hole 1) One crack is permitted for each screw hole if the crack is less than 0.25 inch (6.35 mm) in length.
2) If the crack is longer than the above limit, replace the fan duct panel (AMM 72-33-03/401).
(e)
Cracked in the flanged area
1) Cracks in the flanged area are not permitted. You must replace the fan duct panel (AMM 72-33-03/401).
(f)
Cracks on the louver or the area adjacent to the louver 1) Two cracks are permitted on the same panel. 2) If there are more than 2 panels on the same panel, you must
replace the fan duct panel (AMM 72-33-03/401).

(3) Do the procedure to put the airplane back to its usual condition.
