 (10) Disconnect the support tube for the wire bundle from the engine brackets (Fig. 402).
 (a)  Remove the bolt, nut, and washer which attach the support tube to the bracket on top of the TGB and to the bracket on the MEC.

(b)  Remove the two bolts, nuts, and washers which attach the support tube to the bracket on the bottom of the TGB.

 (11) Disconnect the electrical connector for the VBV reset solenoid (Fig. 401).
 CAUTION:_______ MAKE SURE YOU PUT AN END CAP ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR.
 IF YOU DO NOT PUT AN END CAP ON THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR,
 CONTAMINATION COULD OCCUR.  THIS CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO

 EQUIPMENT.
 (a)  Put an end cap on the electrical connector.

 (12) Attach the support tube for the wire bundle away from the TGB.
 (a)  Do not let the tube touch the TGB when you remove the TGB.

 (13) Put cloths or a container below the TGB to catch leakage from the tubes.

 WARNING:_______HOT OIL CAN CAUSE BAD BURNS. WHEN YOU DISCONNECT THE TUBES, MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT TOUCH THE OIL. IF YOU TOUCH THE OIL FOR A LONG TIME, YOU CAN GET DERMATITIS. OIL CAN MAKE A STAIN IN CLOTHING AND CAN MAKE PAINT SOFT.
 (14) Remove the four bolts and disconnect the TGB scavenge tube.
 NOTE:____Keep the gasket. It will be used again for the installation.

 CAUTION:_______USE TWO WRENCHES WHEN YOU REMOVE THE TUBE. USE ONE TO HOLD THE NIPPLE, AND THE OTHER TO LOOSEN NUT. DAMAGE TO THE TGB CAN OCCUR IF YOU DO NOT USE TWO WRENCHES.
 (15) Disconnect the vent pressure tube from the elbow on the top of the TGB (Fig. 403).

 (16) Do these steps to remove the oil supply tube of the TGB.
 (a)  
Disconnect the oil supply tube from the elbow on the top of the TGB and from the tube from the main oil supply.

 (b)  
Remove the tube from the engine.

 (17) Do these steps to disconnect the fuel pressure tubes (Fig. 404):
 (a)  
Disconnect the PB tube of the T2 sensor from the PB tube of the CIT sensor aft of the TGB.

 (b)  
Disconnect the coupling nut of the PB tube for the T2 sensor.

 (c)  
Disconnect the coupling nut for the TC1 tube.

 (d)  
Remove the two bolts which attach the clamp bracket to the top of the TGB.

 (e)  
Remove the two bolts which attach the bracket to the bottom of the TGB.

 (18) Do these steps to disconnect the TGB from the accessory gearbox (AGB):
 (a)  
Remove the V-clamp which attaches the sleeve for the horizontal drive shaft of the AGB. 1) You must remove the self-locking nut to remove the V-clamp.
