 (1)  Prepare for the procedure:
 (a)  Remove the Primary Exhaust Sleeve (AMM 78-11-01/401).
 CAUTION: IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU USE PENETRATING OIL
_______ (LIQUID WRENCH) BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE BOLTS THAT HOLD THE EXHAUST PLUG. IF YOU DO NOT USE THE PENETRATING OIL, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT.
 (b)  
Remove the Turbine Exhaust Plug (AMM 78-11-02/401).

 (c)  
Remove the bolts that hold the flame arrestor to the flange assembly and the oil inlet cover. 1) Remove the flame arrestor.

 (d)  
Remove the flange assembly: 1) Remove the bolts that hold the flange assembly to the turbine frame. 2) Use six jackscrews from the tool set to remove the flange

 assembly from the engine.
 3) Remove and discard the gasket seals.


 (e)  
Remove the bolts that hold the rear cover to the midstream fairing. 1) Remove the rear cover.

 CAUTION: MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT CUT INTO THE METAL OF THE TURBINE
