C. Procedure

(1) Do one of these applicable tasks to get access to the seal:
(a)
To remove the fuel pump, do this task: Fuel Pump Package Removal (AMM 73-11-01/401).
(b)
To remove the starter, do this task: Engine Starter Removal (AMM 80-11-01/401).
(c)
To remove the hydraulic pump, do this task: Hydraulic Pump Removal (AMM 29-15-11/401 and/or AMM 29-15-12/401).
(d)
ENGINES WITH A CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE/AC GENERATOR; To remove the constant speed drive/AC generator, do this task: Generator Constant Speed Drive Removal (AMM 24-11-11/401).
(e)
ENGINES WITH A VSCF GENERATOR/CONVERTER; To remove the VSCF generator/converter, do this task: VSCF Generator/Converter Removal (AMM 24-11-11/401).

CAUTION:_______SEALOL SEALS ARE ALIGNED ASSEMBLIES. IF YOU CAUSE DAMAGE TO A
COMPONENT OF THE SEAL, YOU MUST REPLACE ALL OF THE SEAL.
(2) Remove the Sealol seal:
(a) Remove the three nuts and washers that attach the seal housing in the drive pad on the accessory gearbox (Fig. 203).
