(1)
Lightly lubricate the bolt threads with graphite grease.
S 424-007-C00
(2)
Put the flame arrestor on the flange assembly and align the bolt holes.
S 434-008-C00
(3)
Install the six bolts and tighten the bolts to 100-115 pound-inches (11-13 N.m).
S 414-009-C00
(4)
Install the turbine exhaust plug (Ref 78-11-02/401).

1. General_______
A. This procedure gives six tasks as follows:

Magnetic Seal Removal
(2)
Magnetic Seal Installation
(3)
Sealol Seal Removal
(4)
Sealol Seal Installation
(5)
Fuel Pump QAD Ring Removal
(6)
Fuel Pump QAD Ring Installation.
B. The magnetic and Sealol seals are interchangeable, but different tasks are necessary for their removal and installation.
C. The seals are installed at the fuel pump, generator, hydraulic pump, and starter drive pads.
D. For this procedure, the quick attack/detach ring will be referred to as the QAD ring.
