 (1)  Open the left and right fan cowl panel (AMM 71-11-02/201).

 WARNING: OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS IN AMM 78-31-00/201 TO OPEN THE THRUST
_______ REVERSERS. IF YOU DO NOT OBEY THE INSTRUCTIONS, INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO THE EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR.
 (2)  
Open the left and right thrust reverser (AMM 78-31-00/201).

 (3)  
Remove the primary exhaust sleeve (AMM 78-11-01/401) and the exhaust plug (AMM 78-11-02/401).

 (4)  
Remove the bolts that attach the flame arrestor to the flange assembly (Fig. 806).

 (a)  Remove the flame arrestor.

 (5)  Remove the bolts that attach the flange assembly to the rear cover (Fig. 806).
 (a)  Remove the flange assembly.
