GET A BUSHING. DRILL THE HOLE IN THE CLEVIS TO MAKE A 0.0000 TO 0.0010 INCH (0.000 TO 0.025 mm) INTERFERENCE FIT WITH THE BUSHING. THE MAXIMUM SIZE HOLE IN THE CLEVIS IS 0.3754 INCH (9.535 mm). REAM THE BUSHING TO A 0.2500-0.2505 INCH (6.350-6.363 mm) DIAMETER.
REPLACE THE WORN BUSHING.
REPLACE THE WORN BUSHING (SEE A-A), IT IS A SHRINK FIT INSTALLATION (REF. OHM, 20-50-03). REPLACE THE STEEL WEAR PLATE THAT IS BELOW THE UPPER BUSHING FLANGE WITH A NEW WEAR PLATE ATTACHED WITH BMS 5-95 SEALANT.
