Bend up the tab on the star washer.
(f)
Put the lightplate on the switch shaft.
(g)
Attach the lightplate to the baseplate with the screws.
(h)
Make sure the surfaces between the knob and the lightplate are free of contaminates.
(i)
Put the knob fully down on the switch shaft.
(j)
Make sure the knob is 0.010-0.050 inch from the top of the lightplate.
NOTE: Measure the clearance while you push the knob against
____
the plate.
(k) Tighten the setscrew in the knob.

Remove the two fasteners that connect the rudder trim indicator to the aileron and rudder trim control module.

Remove the rudder trim indicator:
(a)
Disconnect the electrical connector from the rudder trim indicator.
(b)
Remove the rudder trim indicator from the aileron and rudder trim control module.
