Move the captain's control column slowly forward until the right elevator is at 1.20 |0.05 inches down from the neutral index. 1) Hold the control column at this position. 2) Make sure the column force is in the limit of 21.75 |5.25
pounds.
(u)
Move the captain's control column slowly aft until the right elevator is at 4.80 |0.05 inches up from the neutral position. 1) Hold the control column at this position. 2) Make sure the column force is in the limit of 39.0 |4.0
pounds.
(v)
Move the captain's control column slowly forward until the right elevator is at 4.80 |0.05 inches down from the neutral index. 1) Hold the control column at this position. 2) Make sure the column force is in the limit of 47.0 |4.5
pounds.
(w)
Set the FLT CONTROL B switch to OFF and the FLT CONTROL A switch to ON.

(ah) Release the pressure from the pitot system to zero.
NOTE: Do not disconnect the pressure line from the airplane.

Do a test of the autopilot authority in this task: "Elevator Rigging Test" (AMM 22-11-01/501).

Set the FLT CONTROL A switch to off.

Make sure the the seals are removed from the drain holes in each feel pitot tube on the fin.

Make sure the pressure gage lines are removed from the drain holes of the pitot system A and B below the feel computer.
