RUDDER PEDAL ADJUSTMENT CRANK - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The first task gives you the instructions to remove the adjustment crank for the rudder pedals. The second task gives you the instructions to install the adjustment crank.
B. There are two adjustment cranks for the rudder pedals (captain's and first officer's). This procedure is the same for the two adjustment cranks.
C. The procedure to remove the adjustment crank has these basic steps:
(1)
Remove hydraulic power from the rudder.
(2)
Remove the adjustment crank.
D.
The procedure to install the adjustment crank has these basic steps:
(1)
Install the adjustment crank.
(2)
Put the hydraulic system back to its usual condition.
