If you remove the lower rudder PCM (5), disconnect the jumper (33) from the lower rudder PCM (5).
(e)
Hold the rudder PCM.
(f)
Remove the two bolts (12 or 32).
(g)
Remove the rudder PCM (3 or 5).
1) Move the PCM aft until it is clear of the structure, and then through the access opening on the left side.

Install the Rudder Power Control Module

(1)
Procedure
(a)
Align the bracket with the holes on the PCM.
(b)
Apply a layer of grease to the threads of the bolts (12 or 32).
(c)
Install the bolts (12 or 32) with the washers (11).
1) Tighten the bolts (12 or 32) to 40-50 pound-inches plus the run-on torque.
