Clean the mating surfaces of the bracket (10) and the shutoff valve

with solvent, Series 82 (AMM 20-30-82).

Do these steps to install the shutoff valve.
(a)
Put the shutoff valve (4) in its position.
(b)
Install the two bolts (3), washers (2), and nuts (1) that attach the shutoff valve to the bracket (10).
(c)
Install the bolt (3) for the hydraulic line support (9), the washer (2), and the nut (1). 1) Tighten the nut (1) to 50-70 pound-inches.
(d)
Remove the caps from the hydraulic lines and the ports.
(e)
Apply some assembly lube to the hydraulic fittings.
(f)
Install the packings (5 and 7), the O-ring (6), and the adapter
(8)
in the shutoff valve.
(g)
Connect the hydraulic lines to the shutoff valve.
(h)
Connect the electrical connectors to the shutoff valve.

2) Hydraulic system No. 2: DV143A DV143B
3) Hydraulic system No. 3: DV147A DV147B
4) Hydraulic system No. 4: DV150A DV150B
