Tighten the bolt 30.

Install the washer (23) and the nut (25) on the bolt assembly (24). Tighten the nut to 800-1000 pound-inches more than the run-on torque.

Install the washer (12) and the nut (13) at the upper actuator. Tighten the nut to 800-1000 pound-inches more than the run-on torque.
(n)
Install the bushings (8) and the bolts (9) for the lower actuator (7) and its reaction link (14).
(o)
Install the washers (12) and the nuts (13) on the bolts (9). Tighten the nuts to 800-1000 pound-inches more than the run-on torque.

Do this step to connect the control rod of the position transmitter to the front spar of the rudder:

Install the bolt (34), the washer (35), and the nut (36).
