Make sure the two rudders move in the correct direction.

Make sure the two rudders move to 23.7 degrees in each direction.

Make sure the rudders are in their neutral positions.

1. General_______
A. There are two tasks in this procedure. There is a task for the removal and a task for the installation of the rudder feel, centering and trim mechanism.
B. The removal procedure has these parts:

The removal of the access panels

The installation of the rig pins
(3)
The removal of the feel, centering and trim mechanism
C.
The installation procedure has these parts:
(1)
A check of the parts for worn areas
(2)
An adjustment of the spring tension for the feel, centering and trim mechanism
(3)
The installation of the feel, centering and trim mechanism
(4)
The lubrication of the feel, centering and trim mechanism
(5)
An operational test of the feel, centering and trim mechanism.
