E. Procedure
S 422-035
(1)
Install the servo unit (5).
(a)
Make sure the bushings (11) and (14) are not worn.
(b)
Connect the servo unit (5) to its fitting. 1) Install the bolt (10), washer (12), and nut (13).
(c)
Put the RRC servo unit (5) in its correct position.
(d)
Install the bolt (15), washer (16), and nut (13) that connect the servo unit to the trunnion crank.
(e)
Install the bolt (7), washer (8), and nut (9) that connects the bonding jumper (6) to the servo unit (5).
(f)
Connect the electrical connector to the servo unit (5).
F.
Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

Close the access panels 324DL, 324FL, and 324UL (AMM 06-09-07/201).
