Do an operational check of the rudder position indicating system:
(a)
Push the left rudder pedal full forward.
(b)
Make sure the pointers move to the left end mark of the scale.
(c)
Push the right rudder pedal full forward.
(d)
Make sure the pointers move to the right end mark of the scale.
(e)
Release the rudder pedals.
(f)
Make sure the pointers move approximately to the mid-scale mark.
