E. Procedure

(1)
Do a check of the worn parts and the fittings for the approved worn areas (AMM 32-14-05/601).

Install the inboard door.
(a)
Set the door (1) with the sling assembly for installation.
(b)
Install the bolts (9) and the washers (7 and 8) (Details B and C).
(c)
Engage the minimum quantity of the nut (6) to install the cotter pin (5).
(d)
Use the minimum washer to keep the positive clearance of 0.01 -
0.06 inch below the nut.
(e)
Install the bonding jumper (4) with the washers (2) and the bolts (3 , 10(two locations), and 19).
(f)
Connect the linkage rod to the door (Detail D).
1) Install the bolt (15) with the washers (12 and 14) , the nut (11) and the bushing (23).
NOTE: Install the bolt with the head on the top part
____ of the clevis. Make sure the bushings (24 and 25) are in the clevis before you install the bolt.

(3) Adjust the inboard door (AMM 32-14-00/501).
NOTE:____It is not necessary to adjust the wheel well doors. The airplane must be on jacks when the gear is cycled to adjust the inboard door. The linkage rod is sensitive to all turns of the rod end. When the gear is cycled, examine the rod end and the clevis for the smooth movement.

DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE
QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS
CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
