Make sure that all persons and equipment are clear of the door operation.

Operate the ground release handle to open the wheel well doors for the nose landing gear (See "Ground Door Release Handle Open Operation").
NOTE: The handle is on the aft and to the right of the wheel well
____ door (which is at the right aft of the nose landing gear).

Decrease the pressure from hydraulic system No. 1
(AMM 29-11-00/201).

Disconnect the two rod assemblies from the door fittings.

If it is necessary, tag the rod assemblies for the left or the right doors before you install.

(1) Examine the worn parts and the fittings from the wear limits (AMM 32-22-03/601).

(2) Lubricate the bolt shank, the threads and the spacer or the bushing
surfaces with grease.

(3) Connect the left and the right operator rods to the bellcrank.
NOTE:____ Do not change the left-hand and right-hand rods. But, you
can install one of the two rod in the forward or the aft
clevis of the bellcrank

Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Move the control handle of the landing gear to the DN position.

Move the release handle to the closed position to retract the operator rods (See "Ground Door Release Handle Close Operation").
