(a)
Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).
(b)
Remove the ground locks for the body landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL
_______ CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(c)
Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(d)
Make sure the hydraulic system No. 4 is depressurized (AMM 29-11-00/201).
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE
_______ DOOR OPERATION PATH. IF YOU MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY, YOU CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(e)
Move the control handle of the landing gear to the "UP" position to retract the body landing gear.
(f)
Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

Adjust the Outboard Shock Strut door:
(a)
Manually hold the outboard shock strut door in aligned position and connect the linkage rod again.

Extend the landing gear (follow these steps each time you will extend the landing gear):
(a)
Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

_______ DOOR OPERATION PATH. IF YOU MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY, YOU CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(b)
Move the control handle of the landing gear to the "DN" position to extend the body landing gear.
(c)
Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 1
(AMM 29-11-00/201).
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF THE
_______ DOOR OPERATION PATH. IF YOU MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY, YOU CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(d) Move the ground release handle for the doors to the "Door Open" position.

Adjust the inboard shock strut door:
(a)
Remove the stop pads and shims (Views B-B, C-C, D-D, and G-G, Figure 505).
(b)
Remove the shims below the stop pad (View E-E, Figure 505).
(c)
Install the linkage rod for the inboard shock strut door.
(d)
Lengthen the linkage rod for the inboard shock strut door until you have an out of fair condition of 0.10 inch minimum outside the airplane contour.
(e)
Retract the landing gear.
