GET BUSHING. INSTALL BEARING PER 20-11-01 WITH TOUCH FIT OF 0.0004-0.0024 INCH.
MINIMUM FLANGE THICKNESS FOR FLANGED BEARINGS.
GET BUSHING. INSTALL BUSHING PER 20-11-01 WITH TOUCH FIT OF 0.0004-0.0017 INCH.

MAXIMUM OVERSIZE BUSHING AND HOLE IN FITTING IS 0.0625 INCH, IF IT IS NECESSARY. GET BUSHING. INSTALL BUSHING PER 20-11-01 WITH TOUCH FIT OF 0.0004-0.0015 INCH. MAXIMUM OVERSIZE BUSHING AND HOLE IN FITTING IS 0.0625 INCH, IF IT IS NECESSARY.
0.010 INCH BETWEEN BALL AND RACE.

 BODY GEAR WHEEL WELL OUTBOARD DOOR - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

 1.  General
_______
 A.  This procedure has two tasks:
 (1)  
The removal of the outboard door of the wheel well for the body landing gear (referred to as the outboard door).

 (2)  
The installation of the outboard door.

 B.  
The outboard door is attached to the longeron box structure with a hinge. A linkage rod connects the door to the hydraulic actuator beam to give door movement and control. The wheel well inboard door is attached to the outboard door. The safety bar is attached to the inside of the outboard door.
