WARNING:_______ YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO
REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS.
THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE
DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO
PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
2) Do this task: "Removal of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201). 3) Move the control handle of the landing gear to the "DN" position.
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL
_______ CONTROL SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
4) Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT ALL PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF
_______ THE DOOR OPERATION PATH. IF YOU MOVE THE DOORS TOO QUICKLY, YOU CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
5) Move the ground release handle for the doors to the "Door Closed" position to close the wheel well doors. 6) Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(g) Determine the adjustment to the linkage rod for the outboard door to get a clearance of 0.002 - 0.054 inch (0.051 - 1.37 mm) between the stop and the stop pad (View A-A, Fig. 502).

(h) Move the ground release handle for the doors to the "Door Open" position to open the wheel well doors.

Adjust the linkage rod for the outboard door the amount you determined necessary to get the correct clearance at view A-A (Figure 502).
(j)
Close the body and wing landing gear doors.
(k)
Make sure that the clearance is 0.002 - 0.054 inch (0.051 -
1.37 mm) between the stop and stop pad (View A-A, Figure 502).

Move the ground release handle for the doors to the "Door Open" position to open the wheel well doors.

Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).
(o)
Move the control handle of the landing gear to the "UP" position to open the body gear doors fully.
(p)
Turn one end fitting on the linkage rod for the outboard door one-half turn to shorten the length of the rod.
(q)
Temporarily attach the actuator rod for the sequence valve to the door fitting and carrier mechanism (View C, Fig. 503) with the fasteners.
(r)
Examine the sequence valve to make sure you adjust it correctly. 1) Make sure that the rig pin (BD-1 LH, BD-2 RH) fits through
the two sides of the link and the carrier assembly, at Point A (View C, Figure 503).
