REPLACE THE DOOR ASSEMBLY AND REPAIR THE WORN PART. REFER TO THE OVERHAUL MANUAL FOR THE REPAIR INFORMAITON.
INSTALL THE BUSHING WITH AN INTERFERENCE FIT OF 0.0003 TO 0.0022 INCHES (REF 20-11-01/401). IF IT IS NECESSARY, MAKE THE HOLE A MAXIMUM OF 0.880 INCHES IN DIAMETER.
INSTALL THE BUSHING WITH AN INTERFERENCE FIT OF 0.0004 TO 0.0023 INCHES (REF 20-11-01/401). IF IT IS NECESSARY, MAKE THE HOLE A MAXIMUM OF 1.126 INCHES IN DIAMETER.
THE MEASURED DIMENSION CAN BE MORE THAN THE WEAR DIMENSION IF THE MEASURED CLEARANCE IS NOT MORE THAN THE MAXIMUM CLEARANCE.

NOSE WHEEL WELL FORWARD DOOR OPERATOR RODS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains three tasks:
(1)
The removal of the operator rods on the forward door of the nose wheel well.
(2)
The installation of the operator rods on theforward door of the nose wheel well.
(3)
The open and close operation of the release handle on the ground door.

(1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(2) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Nose Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).
