Put a load on the forward door actuator for the body landing gear. 1) Turn one end fitting on each rod one-half turn to shorten
the length of the inboard and outboard door linkage rods.

H. Adjust the sequence valve for the body landing gear door (Figure 503).
NOTE: You must open the doors using full hydraulic pressure.

WARNING: MAKE SURE THAT PERSONS AND EQUIPMENT ARE CLEAR OF ALL CONTROL
_______ SURFACES BEFORE YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. AILERONS, RUDDERS, ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(1) Pressurize the hydraulic system No. 1 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

WARNING: MAKE SURE THE LANDING GEAR GROUND LOCKS ARE INSTALLED IN ALL

(2) Move the control handle of the landing gear to the "UP" position to open the body gear doors fully.

_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Make sure the door locks are installed, do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Body Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Adjust the sequence valve:
(a)
Temporarily attach the actuator rod for the sequence valve to the door fitting and carrier mechanism (View C, Figure 503) with the fasteners.

(b) Adjust the serrated fitting for the actuator rod for the sequence valve. 1) Put the rigging pin (BD-1 LH, BD-2 RH) at point A, (View C,
Figure 503), through the two sides of the link carrier and the link assembly. 2) If you can not put the rigging pin in freely, adjust the door as follows:
CAUTION: DO NOT MOVE THE DOOR WITH THE ACTUATOR ROD
_______ CONNECTED AND INCORRECTLY ADJUSTED. IT CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE VALVE MECHANISM.
a) Disconnect the actuator rod for the sequence valve from the door attached fitting.
b) Manually put the sequence valve mechanism in its position such that you can install the rig pin.
c) Adjust the serrated fitting that connectes the actuator rod for the sequence valve to the outboard body door until you can connect the actuator rod to the sequence valve.
NOTE: One serration movement on the bracket will
____ change the door fair dimension by 0.13 inch.
CAUTION:_______REMOVE THE RIGGING PIN WITH THE DOOR CONNECTED. IF YOU DO NOT DO THAT, YOU CAN CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SEQUENCE VALVE MECHANISM WHEN THE DOOR OPERATES.
(c)
Remove the rigging pin.
(d)
Remove the actuator rod for the sequence valve from the door.
(e)
Adjust the linkage rod for the outboard door until the stop at view A-A does not touch the stop pad (Figure 502) when the doors are closed.
(f)
Close the body and wing landing gear doors, (do these steps when ever you will close the doors): 1) Remove the pressure from the hydraulic system No. 1
(AMM 29-11-00/201).
