 (1) Install the ground locks in all landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

 WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS
_______ ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
 (2)  Do this task: "The Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).

Lift the airplane on jacks until the wheels are off the ground (AMM 07-11-01/201).

Decrease the pressure on the hydraulic system No. 1
 (AMM 29-11-00/201).

 WARNING: YOU MUST HOLD THE BUNGEE WITH SPRING BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE

Install the bungee restraining tool.

Remove the Jury Strut Spindle (Fig. 201)

 (1)  
Remove the conduit from the upper jury strut and the support structure.

 (2)  
Remove the cotter pin and loosen the spindle nut (8).

 (3)  
Remove the ground lock.

 (4)  
Remove the spindle bolt (1), the upper conduit bracket (2), the washers, the end caps (4) and the pin (3).

 (5)  
Pull the jury strut back from the spindle (6).

 (6)  
Tighten the bungee clamp until you get sufficient clearance to remove the spindle.
