d) Install the spring clip to hold the stop bolt.

Install the bonding jumper on the door (Fig. 401):
(a)
Clean the bonding jumper and the mating surface.
(b)
Install the jumper and the fasteners.
(c)
Examine the electrical bond between the structure and the doors.
NOTE: The resistance must not be more than 0.5 milli-ohms.

Put the control handle of the landing gear to the DN position to lower the nose landing gear.

Insert the rigging pin into the bellcrank and the sidewall fitting (AMM 32-22-04/401):
NOTE: The nose landing gear must be in the extended position.

(a)
Adjust the actuation rod between the bellcrank and the drive crank if it is necesary (Fig. 401).
(b)
Remove the rigging pin.
(c)
Do these steps again for the other door.

Connect the door operator rods (17) to the doors (View B, Fig. 401).

Make sure the alignment between the forward edge of the aft door and the aft edge of the forward door is as shown (View D-D, Fig. 402):
(a)
If it is necessary, adjust as follows:
WARNING: MAKE SURE THE AREA BELOW THE NOSE OF THE AIRPLANE IS
_______ CLEAR BEFORE YOU LOWER THE NOSE LANDING GEAR. FAILURE TO DO CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
1) Move the control handle to DN position to extend the nose landing gear. 2) Disconnect the door operator rod (17) from the applicable door and adjust it as necessary (View B, Fig. 401). 3) Connect the door operator rod (17).
CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE WHEEL WELL AREA OF THE LANDING GEAR IS
_______ CLEAR. FAILURE TO DO CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
4) Move the control handle to UP position to retract the nose landing gear. 5) Do a check on the door for correct flushness and do the steps above again if it is necessary.

Install the ground locks in the drag strut of the nose landing gear (AMM 09-11-00/201).

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO INSTALL
_______ THE DOOR LOCKS ON THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT INSTALL THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
(13) Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Nose Landing Gear" (AMM 32-00-30/201).
