(1)
Remove the uplock roller assembly (AMM 32-13-13/201).

(2)
Examine the wear limits for the uplock roller, the roller support, the needle bearings, the bushings and the bolt (Fig. 201).
(a)
Measure the parts as specified and compare the measured dimensions to the limit dimensions.
(b)
If a part is not in tolerance, repair or replace the part if it is necessary.
(3)
Install the uplock roller assembly (AMM 32-13-13/201).

(1) Examine the points that attach for the worn areas (See Fig. 201, sheet 2).

CAUTION: MAKE SURE THE SLEEVE TOUCHES THE INNER RACE OF THE BEARING
_______ AFTER INSTALLATION. DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT CAN OCCUR IF THE SLEEVE DOES NOT TOUCH THE INNER RACE OF THE BEARING.
(2) Push two sets of needle bearings into the roller.
NOTE: Make sure the sleeve is between the bearings.
____ Push the bearings against the small radius side of the outer race when you install the bearings.

Install the roller in the arm assembly on the shock strut.
(4)
Install the nut and tighten it to a torque of 4 to 6 pound-feet.

Loosen the nut until you can turn the roller and the bolt
independently with your hand.

_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
