(1)
Remove the lower jury strut for the body landing gear (Ref. Remove Body Gear Lower Jury Strut).

(2)
Examine the wear limits of the lower jury strut, the bushings, and the apex bolts of the jury strut and the drag strut.
(a)
Measure the parts if it is necessary and compare the measured dimensions to the limit dimensions.
(b)
If the part is not in the tolerance, repair or replace it if it is necessary.

(3) Install the lower jury strut for the body landing gear (Ref Install Body Gear Lower Jury Strut).

BODY LANDING GEAR WHEEL TRUCK - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains two tasks:
(1)
The body landing gear wheel truck removal.
(2)
The body landing gear wheel truck installation.
B.
The wheel truck for the body landing gear is at the bottom of the inner cylinder of the shock strut. The wheel truck for the body landing gear is connected to the inner cylinder yoke.
