Do this task: "Installation of the Door Locks on the Wing Landing Gear" (Ref 32-00-30/201).

Make sure you decrease the pressure on the hydraulic system No. 1 (Ref 29-11-00/201).

Remove the Hydraulic Swivel
(a)
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses from the swivel brackets.
(b)
Remove the bolts that hold the swivel bracket to the hose bracket.
(c)
Loosen the swivel assemblies from the bracket assemblies.
(d)
Remove and discard the O-rings and the backup rings from the swivel assemblies.
(e)
Make sure that the swivel assemblies turn freely.
(f)
If the swivel assemblies do not turn freely, disconnect the hydraulic line and discard the swivel assemblies.

(1)
Install the hydraulic swivel.
(a)
Install the new O-ring and new backup ring on the applicable swivel assembly with hydraulic fluid as the lubricant.
(b)
Set the swivel assemblies in the bracket cutouts.
(c)
Install the swivel bracket into each swivel assembly and the lockwire.
(d)
Attach the swivel bracket to the hose with bolts.
(e)
Connect the hydraulic lines to the swivel if it is necessary.
(f)
Connect the hydraulic hoses to the swivel brackets.

ELEVATORS, FLAPS, SPOILERS, LANDING GEAR, AND THRUST REVERSERS
CAN MOVE QUICKLY WHEN YOU SUPPLY HYDRAULIC POWER. THIS CAN
CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS AND DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.

Examine the installation for the hydraulic swivel joint.
(a)
Examine the hydraulic swivel joints for leaks.
(b)
Cancel the solenoid lock and lift the handle to put the control handle for the landing gear in the UP position.
(c)
Lift the handle to put the control handle for the landing gear in the UP position.
(d)
Examine the swivel joints for leaks.
(e)
Put the control handle for the landing gear in the DOWN position.

WARNING: YOU MUST CAREFULLY DO THE STEPS IN THE TASK BELOW TO REMOVE THE
_______ DOOR LOCKS FROM THE LANDING GEAR DOORS. THE DOORS CAN CLOSE QUICKLY IF YOU DO NOT REMOVE THE DOOR LOCKS CORRECTLY. THIS CAN CAUSE INJURY TO PERSONS OR DAMAGE TO EQUIPMENT.
