Install the thread protector, and put the bolt assembly into the lower drag strut (8) and the universal.
(c)
Remove the thread protector and install the washer (17) and the nut (16).
(d)
Tighten the nut to 10-15 pound-feet.
NOTE: Loosen the nut, if it is necessasry, to align the hole

(e)
Install the lockbolt (15), the washer (14) and the nut (13).
(f)
Tighten the nut.
