Make sure the 415F18, CARGO HANDLING CONT MN DK circuit breaker is open on the P415 Power, Distribution Center Right Panel.

Attach the hinge on the control panel to the lining with the screws.

Push the wire bundle through the hole in the lining.

(4)
Connect the electrical connector plugs (P1, P2 and P3) to the electrical receptacles (DM456A, DM456B and DM456C).

Attach the wire bundle clamps to the lining with the screws.
(6)
Close the control panel.

Turn the three quick-release fasteners clockwise to lock the control panel to the lining.

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:

D. Do a Test of the 20FT Cargo Control Panel
NOTE: This test will make sure there is electrical power supplied to the
____ 20FT cargo control panel. Refer to AMM 25-57-00/501 for the full operational test of the 20FT cargo control panel.

Supply electrical power (AMM 24-22-00/201).

Push the SYSTEM POWER ON switch momentarily on the master cargo control panel (M1).
NOTE: The master cargo control panel is between the 20FT cargo

control panel and the side cargo door.

(3) Push the 20FT CONTROL ON/OFF switch momentarily on the master cargo control panel.
NOTE: The 20FT CONTROL ON light will come on.

Make sure the CONTROL ACTIVE light on the 20FT cargo control panel comes on.
