Attach the housing assembly to the aircraft structure using 4 screws and washers.

(5) To install the continuous side guide assembly on the left side of the cargo compartment, opposite the cargo doorway between STA 560 and STA 660, do the following steps in sequence:
(a)
Put a rail and nut assembly on the rectangular nose of the installed side guide assembly.
(b)
Put the rectangular nose of the next side guide unit on the rail and nut assembly.
(c)
Repeat these steps to install the continuous side guides up to STA 660.
(d)
Install the profile supports and clamps together with the plates on the rail and nut assembly.

(6) To install the continuous side guides between STA 660 and STA 960, do the following steps in sequence:
(a)
Put a rail and nut assembly on the rectangular nose of the previously installed unit.
(b)
Put the rectangular nose of the next side guide assembly on the rail and nut assembly.
(c)
Attach the side guide assembly to the aircraft structure using the bolts washers and nuts removed at this location.
(d)
Repeat these steps until the side guides are installed up to STA 960.
(e)
FOR AREA OF ARTICULATION BETWEEN STA 760 AND 780 ONLY; Install the clamps without plates on the rail and nut assembly. Use only the removed the screws.
(f)
FOR ALL OTHER AREAS OF ARTICULATION; Install the profile supports and clamps together with the plates on the rail and nut assembly.

(7) To install the end guides at STA 960:
(a)
Put a rail and nut assembly on the rectangular nose of the previously installed unit.
(b)
Put the rectangular nose of the end guide assembly on the rail and nut assembly.
(c)
Install the end guide assembly to the aircraft structure using the bolts, washers and nuts removed at this location.
E. Put the Airplane Back to Its Usual Condition

Push the CAUTION switch-light on the cargo control panel until it stops flashing.

Remove the safety barrier (3PRE65B00040) from the opening of the cargo compartment if it is not necessary.
(3)
Close the cargo compartment door (AMM 52-34-00/001).
