Remove the four nuts, washers, and screws which hold the caster to the side rails of the restraint/caster unit.

Move the retractable restraint inboard until you can lift if out of the hole in the restraint housing.

(1) Lift the shear-plunger lever to retract the shear pin.
NOTE: The shear-plunger lever is at the aft end of the
