MAIN DECK CARGO COMPARTMENT LINING PANELS - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General_______
A. This procedure contains these tasks:
(1)
A removal of the cargo lining panels.
(2)
An installation of the cargo lining panels.
B. These tasks give steps to do the removal and the installation of these panels:
(1)
The main deck sidewall panels.
(2)
The main deck dado panels.
(3)
The master control station panel.
(4)
The main deck ceiling panels.
(5)
The aft pressure bulkhead cargo lining panels.

2. Main Deck Compartment Cargo Lining Panels Removal (Fig. 401)_________________________________________________
A. General
(1) The instructions in this task are general steps that are necessary for removal of the main deck compartment panels. The instructions are applicable to most panels. Do only the necessary steps to remove the applicable panels.
B. Access

C. Remove the Main Deck Sidewall Panels

(1) Open the circuit breakers for the applicable sidewall panel and attach the DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:
(a)
On the P415 Power Distribution Center Right Panel
(b)
On the P34 Main Deck Cargo Handling Power Panel
(c)
On the P128 Main Deck Cargo Handling Power Panel
(d)
On the P129 Main Deck Cargo Handling Power Panel
(e)
On the P130 Main Deck Cargo Handling Power Panel

Remove the bolts that attach the applicable reveal panels to the sidewall panel.

Disconnect the electrical connectors.

Remove the screws and washers that attach the cover plates to the lower sidewall panel.
