Put the tray in its position on the floor.
NOTE: Make sure you install the correct tray in its correct
____ position on the floor. A marker with a reference number is attached to the tray and adjacent to the tray on the floor. The marker on the tray and the marker on the floor must have the same the reference number.

(3) Turn the T-bolt fasteners a quarter turn.
NOTE: The groove in the top of the T-bolt fastener must point

longitudinally.

(4) Make sure the casters and rollers in the tray can turn freely.

CASTER PANEL ASSEMBLY - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General

A. This procedure has these tasks.
(1)
The removal of the caster panel assembly.
(2)
The installation of the caster panel assembly.
B. There are 16 caster panel assemblies in the door opening of the side cargo door. Each caster panel assembly has a lateral guide. The lateral guides can extend and retract.
C. The caster panel assemblies which are forward and aft of the retractable/steerable PDU 19R1 have longitudinal guide/stops. The longitudinal guide/stops can extend and retract.

Retract the lateral guide.

Retract the longitudinal guide/stop(s).
NOTE: The longitudinal guide/stops are not installed on all the

(3) Lift the shear-plunger levers to release the caster panel assembly from the floor fittings.
NOTE: The shear-plunger levers must stay locked in the up position.

(4) Move the caster panel assembly approximately 0.50 inch in the forward or aft direction.
NOTE: The tension studs on the bottom the caster panel assembly
____ must align with the holes in the floor fittings.

Move the caster panel assembly approximately 0.50 inch in the forward or aft direction.
