(1) Location
(a) 200 Upper Half of Fuselage (Main Deck)

Adjust disengage lever stop screw until disengage lever is parallel to the adjacent kick panel or sidewall lining position.

Remove applicable PDU, with disengage cable attached, and rest on floor (Ref 25- 57-01).

(3)
With cable disconnected from PDU and minimum four inch radius loop at PDU end of cable, check that force to raise lever does not exceed 0.63- pound at end of lever.

The power drive unit disengage must be positioned within the dimension range for the full "engaged" position (detail B).
NOTE: No lockwire shall be used to secure the anchor nut at the
____ PDU. This is necessary to permit easy removal for power drive unit replacement.

(5) Adjust micro-adjust fitting (detail C) to remove cable slack, if required:
(a)
Loosen jamnut at each end of micro-adjust barrel.
(b)
Hold micro-adjust end fittings to prevent turning if necessary, and rotate barrel to lengthen or shorten cable casing as required.
NOTE: Exposed threads at each end of micro-adjust must not

exceed 1.06 inch.
