Connect the tiedown fittings to the anchor plates in the ceiling.

Connect the tiedown fittings to the anchor plates in the sidewall and the floor.

Connect the snap latches to the nets which attach to each other.

Tighten the net straps to increase the tension in the net straps.

D. Install the Compartment Divider Net

Connect the net strap hooks to the fittings in the floor.

Tighten the net straps to increase the tension in the net straps.

BULK CARGO COMPARTMENT CARGO NETS - INSPECTION/CHECK

1. General_______
A. There is one task in this procedure. The task is a visual
inspection/check of the cargo nets installed in the bulk cargo
compartment.

2. Do an Inspection/Check of the Cargo Nets________________________________________
A. Access
(1) Location Zone
145 Bulk Cargo Compartment, Left
146 Bulk Cargo Compartment, Right
B. Procedure
S 216-002
(1) Make sure there is no damage to the net straps, net fabric, tie-down fittings, and snap hooks.
(a)
Replace the damaged nets, tie-down fittings, or snap hooks, if it is necessary.
(b)
Repair the damaged net straps, net fabric, tie-down fittings, or snap hooks, if it is necessary.

(2)
Make sure the tie-down fittings keep the cargo nets attached to the ceiling, the floor, and the sidewall.

(3)
Make sure the snap hooks keep the cargo nets attached to the O-rings and D-rings.
