(3) S 434-030Install the four washers and bolts (hex head) to attach the actuator to the side of the drive-wheel housing.
NOTE:____ Tighten the bolts to 126-154 inch-pounds.
(4) S 434-031Connect the actuator wire bundle to the relay and terminal block on the side of the drive-wheel housing.
(5) S 434-032Attach the axle bolt to the actuator nut.
NOTE:____ The axle bolt is in the drive-wheel axle. bolt to 126-154 inch-pounds. Tighten the axle
(6) S 414-033Install the power drive unit (PDU) in the floor (Ref 25-57-01/401).

REMOTE CARGO CONTROL PANEL - REMOVAL/INSTALLATION

1. General
_______
A. This procedure has two tasks. The first task gives instructions to remove the remote cargo control panel (M10). The second task gives instructions to install the remote cargo control panel. The control panel attaches to a support bar on the sidewall which is opposite of the side cargo door.

(1) Open this circuit breaker and attach a DO-NOT-CLOSE tag:
(a) P415, Power Distribution Center Right Panel 1) 415F18, CARGO HANDLING CONT MN DK

(2)
Disconnect the electrical connector plug (P1) from the electrical receptacle (DM10).

(3)
Loosen the fasteners at each end of the support bar.
NOTE: Two fasteners are at the forward end of the support bar and

three fasteners at the aft end.

(4) Remove the support bar with the control panel.

C. Install the Remote Cargo Control Panel

Make sure the 415F18, CARGO HANDLING CONT MN DK circuit breaker is open on the P415, Power Distribution Center Right Panel.

Hold the support bar with the control panel in its position against the sidewall.

Tighten the fasteners at each end of the support bar to attach it to the sidewall.

Connect the electrical connector plug (P1) to the electrical receptacle (DM10).

Remove the DO-NOT-CLOSE tag and close this circuit breaker:
