C. Remove the Nonsteerable PDU

(1) Open these circuit breakers and attach DO-NOT-CLOSE tags:

(b)
P34, Main Deck Cargo Handling Power Panel 1) PDU 1 & 2 STEERING 2 2) MAIN DECK CARGO HANDLING CONTROL

Remove the lock/stop roller and caster tray to get access to the PDU (AMM 25-58-01/401).

Lift the trigger mechanism below each handle on the PDU to release the PDU from the support fitting.
NOTE: The PDU will release when the red indicator flag on each
____ trigger mechanism extends above the handles.

(4) Lift the PDU to remove it from the support fitting.

(5) Disconnect the end fitting of the manual disengage cable from the drive-wheel actuator.
NOTE: If it is necessary, connect the end fitting to the dummy
____ fitting on the support structure below the floor.

(6) Disconnect the electrical connector plug for the drive-wheel actuator from the electrical receptacle on the support structure (WDM 25-57-23, WDM 25-57-24, and WDM 25-57-25).
NOTE: If it is necessary, attach the connector plug to the dummy
____ receptacle on the PDU housing. Remove the dust cap from the dummy receptacle on the support structure and install it to the electrical receptacle.

(7) Install a cover for the PDU wheel well in the floor if it is necessary.
D. Remove the Tray Mounted PDUs
