To remove roller, depress pin in head of roller shaft, withdraw shaft and lift roller from tray.
(b)
To install roller, position roller in tray and insert roller shaft until roller is retained.
(c)
To remove caster, raise shear plunger levers to retract tray retaining pins and lift caster from tray.
(d)
To install caster, position caster in tray and lower shear plunger levers to extend tray retaining pins and lock caster in tray.
(e)
For operation of retractable end locks, retractable end stops and fixed end stops installed in lock/stop roller-caster trays, refer to steps (9), (10) and (11), respectively.

Retractable End Locks Operation
(a)
To extend lockhead restraint, lift and move lockhead restraint until locked in extended (vertical) position.
(b)
To retract lockhead restraint, lift release lever under lockhead restraint and lower restraint to retracted (horizontal) position.
(c)
To remove end lock, lift tray locking pins release levers and lift end lock out of tray.
(d)
To install end lock, lift tray locking pins release levers and position end lock in tray and lower release levers to lock in tray.

(a)
To extend stophead restraint, lift and move stophead restraint until locked in extended (vertical) position.
(b)
To retract stophead restraint, lift release lever under stophead restraint and lower restraint to retracted (horizontal) position.
(c)
To remove end stop, lift tray locking pins release levers and lift end stop out of tray.
(d)
To install end stop, lift tray locking pins release levers and position end stop in tray and lower release levers to lock in tray.

(14) Transition Guide Rail Operation (P29th pallet position)
(a) To stow transition guide rail onto stowage support, proceed as follows: 1) Disengage quick-release lockpin securing forward end of
transition guide rail to aft right outboard guide/restraint rail.
2) Move forward end of transition guide rail aft and inboard to stowage support.
3) Withdraw stowage support lockpin and install guide rail into slot of stowage support, then release lockpin to lock rail in stowed position.
(b) To stow transition guide rail onto forward right outboard guide/restraint rail (Sta 2130-2200), proceed as follows: 1) Disengage quick-release lockpin forward end of securing
transition guide rail to stowage support.
2) Move forward end of transition guide rail forward and outboard to forward right outboard guide/restraint rail.
3) Withdraw lockpin on outboard guide/restraint rail and install transition guide rail onto guide/restraint rail, then release lockpin to lock rail in stowed position.

Forward Lock Trays Operation (P29th pallet position)
(a)
To extend lockhead restraint, lift and move lockhead restraint in aft direction until locked in extended (vertical) position.
(b)
To retract lockhead restraint, lift and move lockhead restraint release lever in forward direction until restraint lowers to retracted (horizontal) position.

Aft Stop Trays Operation (P29th pallet position)
(a)
To extend forward-most stophead restraint, lift restraint in forward direction until locked in extended (vertical) position.
(b)
To retract forward-most stophead restraint, push down on restraint in aft direction until restraint lowers and locks in retracted (horizontal) position.
