RETRACTABLE SIDE DOOR SILL ROLLER/CASTER AND GUIDE ASSEMBLY-

1. General_______
A. There are four tasks in this procedure. The first task gives instructions to remove the retractable side door sill roller/caster and guide assembly (referred to as the sill assembly) . The second task gives instructions to install the sill assembly. The third task gives instructions to do an inspection/check of the sill assembly. The fourth task gives instructions to do an adjustment of the sill assembly.
B. The sill assembly is in the opening of the side cargo door. The sill assembly has a forward sill and an aft sill. Each sill has an inboard sill and an outboard sill. The outboard sills fold on the top of the inboard sills. The sill assembly has rollers, casters, and retractable side guides. The retractable side guides must be retracted before you can fold the outboard sills.
